Value Creation: The Trust for Public Land created the three lots at Bear Creek Reserve to be able to provide the economic solution for purchasing and protecting a 120-acre parcel of land stretching from Bear Creek Trailhead to Bridal Veil Falls. The creation of Bear Creek Reserve is the result of an ambitious conservation project that will serve Telluride residents and its visitors in perpetuity.
